We did it!

Yes, we finally decided to join the crowd and start a blog. We figure its a great place to keep our family and friends up to date on our little family, especially since both of our parents are out of state. And... what better to be our first post than ultra sound pictures of our little boy who will be here at the end of April. Only three more months! We couldn't be more excited! At our first ultra sound in December the technician told us he was one of the most active babies she had ever seen, I just wasn't feeling him yet, but things have changed... I love feeling him move and get so excited every time I do. Dan is sure we have a future NFL kicker on our hands. These pictures are from my Jan 21st ultra sound. Seeing that he was healthy was the best birthday present I could have asked for!

2018 HIghlights

Picture journal catch up! Here is a quick month to month photo log of what we were up to in 2018. Time is flying by a little too fast! January- February- March- April- May- June- July- August- September- October- November- December- What a fun year! I know I am way way way behind but I just want to make sure I document some of our fun adventures so we never forget what an amazing life we have been blessed with. We have had plenty of hard times but looking back through these pictures helps us to be grateful for all the good times as well!

October 2016

October is Southern Utah is my favorite. The weather is absolutely wonderful. Here is a quick recap of what we were up to. Ellie took to the ottoman to display her artwork during General Conference. Look how proud she is of herself! Unfortunately, marker does not come out of fabric so good. It's a good thing she's so cute!  We spent a lot of time enjoying Grandma and Grandpa's pool. The kids have turned into little fish. Even Kami, who didn't like putting her head under water now prefers to take her floaties off and can swim short distances. Her favorite activity is to dive to the bottom of the shallow end to pick up dive sticks. Cason's favorite pool activity is to jump off of the jumping rock to catch the football. Ellie just loves to waddle around and explore, but especially loves when Dan and I get in to play with her. We discovered an awesome park in Hurricane call Grandpa's pond. There are tons of ducks to feed, walking/biking paths an...

Baby Shower!

Last week the cute ladies in my ward threw me a Baby Shower. They formed a whole committee to plan it and it was quite the production. There were tons of women there and they were so generous. Now I really can't wait for the little guy to get here to put all his cute stuff to use! Only a few weeks to go... we can officially say we are having a baby this month! Crazy! Here are a few pictures from the shower! Dan's Mom and Aunt made this blanket for us! If you can't tell from the picture it is a golf blanket! Dan and I helped tie it while we were in Denver last month. Our favorite pair of shoes from my sister Amy! I can't wait to put these on his little feet! Our little Aloha outfit from Elder Grandpa and Sister Grandma in Hawaii! So cute! This present is pretty self explanatory. This is a cute little mat for the baby to lay on. It is sooo soft, we wish they made it for adults!
